"Install was easier than I expected"
I ordered from realfyre.com and my gas log set showed up quickly. I was expecting the install to be a bit of a hassle, but the instructions were clear and everything lined up the way it was supposed to.
I’m not exactly the handiest person, so it was a nice surprise when it took less time than I had planned. You get it set up, turn it on, and it just works. Really happy with how it turned out...

"I was expecting the delivery to show..."
I was expecting the delivery to show up on time, so it was a bit disappointing when it arrived late. That said, the tracking was accurate and easy to follow, and everything got here in good condition in the end. Overall, not terrible, just not quite as smooth as I’d hoped

"Fit was a little tricky"
I ordered this part for my gas log setup and, yeah, it mostly fit... but I did have to mess with a couple things to get it working right. Not a huge deal and it ended up being fine, just one of those situations where I probably should’ve checked the compatibility a little more carefully before ordering.

"Decent value, even if the shipping was a bit slow"
The prices were reasonable compared to a few other places I looked, so I’ll give them that. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, which was kind of annoying, but everything did show up in good condition and the product works as expected. Overall, I feel like I got my money’s worth. I’d probably use realfyre.com again if I needed something similar.

"Pretty good gas logs overall"
I got a Real Fyre set sometime last year, and it’s been great so far. The logs are nice and heavy-ish and don’t feel cheap or flimsy or anything like that. We use them quite a bit when it gets cold, and I haven’t really had any problems. Overall, I’m happy with how they look and how they’ve held up.

"Really puts out some nice heat"
We had our Real Fyre set installed and it’s been better than I expected, it heats up the room quickly and gives off a really comfortable warmth, plus it starts up easy and looks great, and so far we haven’t had any problems with it at all.

"Warranty help wasn't no smooth process"
I reached out about the warranty it was frustrating. Support said they’d get back to me, but I didn’t get no call back. I ended up just sitting around waiting with no real update...

"Pretty realistic flames, though not totally convincing"
The flames do look surprisingly real at first glance, and I actually like the effect overall. That said, if you stare at it for a bit, it can look a little flat in certain moments. Still, for what it is, it’s better than I expected.

"I had a question about my order..."
I had a question about my order, so I emailed realfyre.com and waited to hear back. They got back to me faster than I thought they would and helped me figure it out without making it a whole long process. I did have to wait a little, so it was not perfect, but overall it was a good customer service experience.
